做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
