做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
