做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
