做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
