做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
