做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
