做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
