做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
