做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
