做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的(de )清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
