做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
