做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
