做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
