做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
