做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
