做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
