做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
