做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
