做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
