做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
