做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
