做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
