做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
