做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
