做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
