做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
