做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
