做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
