做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
