做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
