做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
