做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
