做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
