做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
