做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
