做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
