做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
