做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
