做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
