做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
