做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
