做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
