做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
