做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
