做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
