做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
