做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
