做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
