做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
