做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
